Analysis of Problems and Optimization Countermeasures of Express Stations Service in Colleges and Universities
With the development of Internet economy,online shopping has gradually become the main way of college students' shopping and consumption with the advantages of"high cost performance""convenience"and so on. As the"last hundred meters"of express logistics delivery,university express stations play an important role. Today,the demand for express delivery is increasing day by day,but the services provided by express stations are relatively backward,inefficient,and unable to match the huge demand in universities. Based on this,this article starts from students behavior and takes Shanghai University of Engineering and Technology as the research objects through field surveys and questionnaire interviews,the service problems of express stations in universities are analyzed,date are counted,targeted improvement and optimization measures are proposed,in order to solve problems such as overcrowding and backlog of express stations in colleges and universities and enhance the experience of teachers and students.
