摘要

在信息化与经济全球化不断发展的背景下,市场竞争变得更为激烈,供应链管理的水平已成为企业竞争的关键因素.其中,供应链的弹性与稳定性更是直接决定了企业能否在激烈的市场竞争中获得可持续发展.而伴随着如大数据分析、物联网技术、人工智能技术等现代信息技术的出现,企业在提升供应链弹性方面拥有了新的技术支撑.文中通过研究近三年国内外的相关文献,从供应链弹性的有关理论出发,分析影响供应链弹性的有关因素,并深入探讨如何利用现代信息技术提升供应链的弹性,为企业提供新的策略参考.

Abstract

With the development of information technology and economic globalization,the market competition becomes more and more intense. The level of supply chain management has become the key factor of enterprise competition. Among them,the resilience and stability of supply chain directly determines whether enterprises can obtain sustainable development in the fierce market competition. With the appearance of modern information technologies,such as big data analysis,Internet of Things,artificial intelligence,enterprises have new technical support to enhance the resilience of supply chain. Based on the study of the relevant domestic and foreign literatures in the last three years,this paper analyzes the relevant factors that affect the resilience of supply chain,and discusses how to improve the resilience of supply chain by using modern information technologies,providing enterprises with new strategies for reference.
