Bibliometric Analysis of Cold Chain Logistics of Agricultural Products Based on CiteSpace
As the importance of cold chain logistics in modern agriculture becomes increasingly prominent,an in-depth analysis of related literature is crucial for further high-level research. Using the keyword"agricultural products cold chain logistics"to conduct a thematic search within the timeframe of 2000-2024,we retrieved and screened 249 Chinese articles from China National Knowledge Infrastructure ( CNKI ) and 172 English articles from the Web of Science Core Collection. We performed a visual analysis using CiteSpace software. By examining publication volume,author collaboration networks,and keyword co-occurrence maps,we explored the research hotspots and future development trends in this field. The results indicate a fluctuating growth trend in publication volume,with high-impact scholars including Zhang Xicai and Zhang Xiaoshuan. Research hotspots focus on"e-commerce"and"optimization,"while research frontiers involve"sustainability""temperature control"and"carbon emissions".
