Research on Damage Compensation of Goods in Express Insurance Service
In recent years,with the rapid development of e-commerce platform,the express delivery industry,as the end service industry of e-commerce,has also been developing rapidly. However,behind this rapid rise and development has also brought a series of problems,among which the problems related to the damage compensation in the express delivery service are endless and controversial,which is worth studying. Through analysis,this paper finds that there are some outstanding problems to be solved in the express delivery industry,such as disputes over the application of law,unclear burden of proof,inconsistent identification of effectiveness,difficult to define the amount of compensation,etc. In view of these problems,the author puts forward the corresponding solutions such as clear law application,distribution of burden of proof,unified validity identification,and standardization of compensation amount,hoping to help solve the problem of damage compensation of express insurance service in China.
