人才激励研究的评述与展望——基于CiteSpace的可视化分析

以2000-2023年CNKI有关人才激励的2839篇文献作为研究对象,通过CiteSpace 6。2。R3软件,运用关键词共现、名词术语突发性检测及时区图谱分析等方法,对人才激励的发展趋势、研究偏好分布及高频研究视角下的维度结构等进行分析,总结人才激励研究领域的热点主题与动态。研究发现,现有文献呈现从宏观分析到聚焦不同群体、从定性研究到定量研究的趋势,研究热点主要围绕人才激励、激励机制、人才资源等,呈现出"国家战略导向——人才重要性——人才激励——问题对策"的研究脉络,目前关于人才激励的研究出现重视程度不够、激励渠道狭窄、激励不充分等问题。基于上述分析,提出人才激励应与国家战略保持高度一致,通过量化研究构建多样化与个性化、普适性与创新性兼具的激励策略,使得人才激励更具针对性与有效性。
Review and Prospect of Talent Incentive——Visualization Analysis Based on CiteSpace
Taking 2,839 articles on talent incentive collected in CNKI from 2000 to 2023 as the research object,through CiteSpace 6. 2. R3 software,the methods such as keyword co-emergency,noun terminology sudden detection and time zone map analysis are used to analyze the development trend of talent incentive,research preference distribution and dimension structure from the perspective of high-frequency research,and summarize the hot topics and dynamics in the field of talent incentive research. The study found that the existing literature presents a trend from macro-analysis to focusing on different groups,from qualitative research to quantitative research. The research hotspots mainly focus on talent incentive,incentive mechanisms,talent resources,etc.,showing the research context of"national strategic orientation-talent importance-talent incentive-problem countermeasures",and inadequate attention,narrow incentive channels,insufficient incentives,etc. are the main problems of talent incentive at present. Based on the above analysis,it is proposed that talent incentive should be highly consistent with the national strategy,and build a diversified and personalised,and universal and innovative incentive strategy through quantitative research,so as to make talent incentive more targeted and effective.
