Application of Virtual Handling Manipulator Based on FactoryIO in Logistics Related Courses
This paper discusses the teaching reform practice of handling manipulator in the field of logistics engineering. By analyzing the application of handling manipulator in logistics engineering,the key role of handling manipulator in improving logistics efficiency and automation level is expounded. The virtual scene and human-machine interface of the logistics handling manipulator developed by FactoryIO simulation software are described in detail,and its effectiveness in the educational environment is verified. The practical training significance of the manipulator in the logistics course is also expounded from the perspective of education and teaching,its important role in improving students' ability to connect theory with practice and enhancing their interest and participation in learning is emphasized. In addition,this paper also explores the advantages of virtual scenes in the field of education,including providing an intuitive and vivid learning experience,improving students' hands-on ability,and reducing teaching costs. Through the above research,it aims to provide new ideas for teaching reform in logistics engineering education,promote the organic combination of theory and practice,and cultivate high-quality talents with innovative spirit and practical ability.
