Research on Training Paths for Logistics Management Professionals in Vocational Colleges under the Background of Integration of Production and Education
Logistics industry plays a leading,basic and strategic role in the construction of modern economic system. The rapid development of logistics industry has put forward higher requirements for the quantity and quality of talents needed for logistics major. Training comprehensive talents who not only understand the professional knowledge of logistics management but also have practical ability is the key task of logistics management major in vocational colleges. Based on this,this paper systematically analyzes the status quo and future trend of the development of the logistics industry,and proposes an optimization path for the training of logistics management professionals in vocational colleges that deeply matches the needs of enterprises in view of the demand for logistics professionals in logistics enterprises and the deviation in the training of logistics management professionals in vocational colleges,so as to improve the training quality of logistics professionals in vocational colleges,provide high-quality applied talents for logistics enterprises,and achieve a win-win situation for schools and enterprises.
