Based on the Hall effect using graphene devices,combining with cutting-edge research,the construction of a four-level hierarchical teaching content system was explored.The foundational content of the Hall effect included measurement of the sensitivity and volt-ampere characteristics of graphene Hall devices.The enhanced content involved measuring the transfer curve of graphene Hall devices and calculating carrier concentration and mobility.The advanced content included the fabrica-tion of graphene Hall devices and their autonomous applications.The advanced content covered the measurement of graphene quantum Hall effect and simulation calculations of graphene Hall effect.Constructing the four-level content system for Hall effect experiments was to better cultivate students'comprehensive abilities in terms of foundational knowledge,experimental skills,scientific literacy,and core values.
