传统力学拉伸实验的数字可视一体化教学

在传统力学拉伸实验的基础上,引入了数字可视化实验辅助课堂教学,构建了数字可视一体化教学体系.传统力学拉伸实验与数字可视化的结合,不仅能够让学生熟悉金属的力学基本参量测量方法,还能够加深学生对受力状态、应力场分布、变形行为等疑难知识点的理解.依据学生认知规律和教学内容难度,采取阶梯式的实验教学模式,有机结合理论分析、课堂实践与研究探索 3 个模块,培养学生运用知识解决实际问题的综合能力和创新能力.同时,在教学中融入课程思政的教学内容,培养学生精益求精的工匠精神和追求卓越的科学精神.
Integrated teaching strategy of traditional mechanical tensile experiments and digital visualization
Based on the traditional mechanical tensile experiments,the paper introduced digital vi-sualization experiments to assist classroom teaching and constructed an integrated teaching system.The combination of traditional mechanical tensile experiments and digital visualization not only made students familiar with the basic mechanical parameter measurement methods of metals,but also deep-ened their understanding of difficult points,e.g.,force states,stress field distribution,deformation behavior.After clarifying the student cognitive patterns and the difficulties of the teaching contents,a stepped experimental mode was adopted,organically combining three sections:theoretical teaching,classroom practice and scientific research.This approach improved students'comprehensive and inno-vative abilities to apply knowledge to solve practical problems.Meanwhile,the political education was introduced into the curriculum,carrying forward the craftsmanship spirit of endeavors and the scien-tific spirit of pursuing excellence.
