利用机器视觉方法研究双摆运动规律

利用机器视觉对双摆运动状态进行无接触测量研究了双摆的运动规律,尤其是混沌运动规律.研究表明:随着初始摆角增大,系统总能增加,双摆依次从周期性运动到准周期性运动最后到混沌运动转变,临界摆角为108°.双摆的能量是决定其能否出现混沌运动的关键因素.双摆系统结构简单、现象直观、成本低廉,而机器视觉方法可以实现无接触测量,避免了接触式测量对系统运动状态的干扰.该装置适用于大学物理实验课程中演示和研究混沌运动的规律.
Study on the chaotic motion of a double pendulum with computer vision method
This article introduced a method of how to use computer vision method to measure the states of a double pendulum contactlessly,and investigated the motion law of the double pendulum,particularly chaotic motion law with the proposed method.The results indicated that as the initial en-ergy of the double pendulum increased with the increasing initial angle,the system gradually transited from a periodic motion to a quasiperiodic motion,and finally to a chaotic motion.The energy of the pendulum was a crucial factor for the appearance of chaotic motion.Double pendulum was a good can-didate for the study of chaotic phenomena in the course of college physics experiment for its simple structure,straightforward phenomena and low costing.In addition,the computer vision method could realize a contactless measurement on the movement state of the double pendulum.
