基于大学物理实验课程的师范生培养实践研究

促进师范生的创新能力与教学能力协同发展,培养具有综合能力的新时代教师,是师范类院校人才培养的发展趋势.本文提出"项目赋能、思维养成、德育融合、多维促长"的培养模式,即以项目化教学为基础,通过优化课程组织模式、课堂教学方式等手段,针对性地培养学生的创新能力;在实际教学过程中,以基本教学方法和能力培养为基础,重视学生实验能力的拓展,促进学生创新能力和教学能力同向同行;将思政教育融入到课程学习过程的各环节,促进学生自主思政学习;通过优化课程评价模式,将创新实践、思政教育融入课程评价,使课程学习情况评价更加立体.该人才培养模式将师范教育与创新能力培养有机结合起来,对构建全新的教学模式、学生综合能力培养新体系具有重要意义.
Cultivation of normal students based on college physics experiment
Promoting the coordinated development of students'innovation and teaching abilities to be the New-age teachers with comprehensive abilities,is an inevitable trend and a strategic require-ment of personnel fostering in normal universities.A comprehensive talent cultivation model of"pro-ject empowerment,thinking cultivation,moral education integration,and multidimensional promo-tion"has been proposed.Based on project-based teaching,this model optimizes course organization mode and classroom teaching methodology,focuses on training of students'innovative abilities.Based on basic teaching methods and ability development,emphasis was placed on the expansion and practice of experimental thinking in the actual teaching process.This model promoted innovation and teaching abilities march in same direction.Moreover,ideological and political education were integrated into all aspects of the curriculum learning process to promote students'independent learning of ideological and political.On this basis,integrate with innovative practice and education of ideological and politi-cal,curriculum evaluation was further optimized to evaluate the learning situation of the curriculum in a multidimensional manner.This talent cultivation model organically combines teacher education with innovative talent cultivation,which was of great significance for establishing a new teaching model and constructing a new system for cultivating students'comprehensive abilities.
