摘要
在稳态法测量非良导体热导率的实验中,分析了加热盘温度分布的不均匀性及其对实验结果的影响.待测样品的热量流入面与热量流出面的温度都不均匀,因此不能简单用某个位置的温差值来计算结果.本文建立了简单模型来描述加热盘中心区温差与边缘区温差的关系,并由此导出了有效的修正计算公式.
Abstract
In the experiment of measuring the thermal conductivity of non-good conductor by steady-state method,the non-uniformity of the temperature distribution of heating disc and its influ-ence on the experimental results were analyzed.The temperature of the two ends of the sample to be measured was not uniform,so the temperature difference value at a certain position could not be sim-ply used to calculate the result.A simplified model was established to describe the relationship be-tween the temperature difference in the central zone and the temperature difference in the edge zone of the heating disk,and an effective correction formula was derived from it.
