On Accelerating to Optimize and Upgrade Industrial Structures in Taizhou
Based on an analysis of international trend in industry development and a survey on related industries in different domestic regions including Taizhou, the paper referring to upgrade medical, automotive, sewing equipment, mold and other pillar industries; actively develop high-end equipment, environmental protection, new energy, marine economy and light rail and other emerging industries; the coordinated development of tourism, finance, electricity and other modern service industries and modern agriculture. Optimizing and upgrading industry structures should be taken as the most important task in accelerating the transformation of economic development so that coordinated growth of the first, second and third industries will be constructed and a modern industry system high in high-tech and additional values, low in power consumption and pollution will be realized.
