大学生责任意识与担当能力提升策略刍议--以责任伦理学为视角的考察

摘要
责任意识与担当能力的培养,是当代大学生综合素质培养的重要内容之一。责任伦理学对大学生责任意识的构建与担当能力的提升提供了一种新视野。从责任伦理学的视角来看,大学生应从自我与家庭、他人与集体、社会与国家、生态自然与未来社会等四个维度,全面强化责任意识与担当能力。培养大学生责任意识与担当能力应从自身内部建构和外部教育引领两个方面着手。从自身内部建构而言,大学生需要树立崇高的理想信念,发奋学习、提高能力,锻造意志、塑造品格,形成自律。从外部教育引领来说,需要家庭、学校和社会三个方面的教育引领,形成他律。只有达到自律和他律的辩证统一,才能有效提升大学生责任担当意识与担当能力。
Abstract
One of important contents is the training of responsibility awareness and ability in the comprehensive quality cultivation in university. It is the Responsibility Ethics that provides a new perspective for the building of the university students’ responsibility awareness and ability. University students should strengthen the responsibility awareness and ability from the sustained development of individuals, families, organization, society and the nature based on the perspective of the Responsibility Ethics. From the perspective of university students, they should have lofty ideals, shape the?character?of? the world, study hard, and self-discipline. From the perspective of education, family, school and social education should work together. Achieving the dialectical unification of self-discipline and heteronomy can efficiently promote the university students’ responsibility awareness and ability.
