The connotations and value of the ethical governance of science and technology from a holistic perspective
The formation of the holistic perspective of ethical governance of science and technology is due to two aspects:One is the realistic drive from science and technology ethics to scientific and technological governance of ethical problems.The other is the theoretical cause in the rise of ethical governance in the emerging field of science and technology.Under the coupling effect of the two,ethical governance of science and technology realizes the organic combination of science and technology ethics and governance from three levels:governance objects,governance subjects and governance link.On this basis,ethical governance of science and technology constructs its own action framework.In terms of the composition of the action framework,its connotations include:The first is the agile governance for ethical problems,the second is the collaborative governance carried out by multiple subjects,and the third is the whole process governance of"before the problems,during the problems and after the problems".The value of explaining the connotations of ethical governance of science and technology from a holistic perspective is that it can provide important enlightenment for promoting ethical governance of science and technology in terms of theoretical construction,governance efficiency and practical effectiveness.
