The development of talent policy in Yancheng from the perspective of talent orientation
Since 2015,Yancheng has successively constructed the talent policy system of 515 and HHMZ depends on its exploration in combination with local conditions.In the two stages above,Yancheng talent policy has constructed a complete system followed the path of"from institution to mechanism".Talent Orientation in Policy Objects was based on the concept of three gradients.The difference is that the talent policy of HHMZ has made certain adjustments in the specific types of talents.In the term of incentive tools from policy to talent orientation,Yancheng's talent policy in both stages included four dimensions.Those were subsidies for life,security for housing,support for career and assistance for residence.But there have been some changes in incentive tools from policy of the two stages.The development in Yancheng is good,but there were otherwise some areas worth discussing and further optimizing.
