According to the latest national census data,the aging of the population has further deepened,and the issue of old-age care is crucial.On the basis of sorting out the basic experience and typical model of the government's purchase of home-based care services in China,this paper analyzes the current situation of Shenyang municipal government's purchase of home-based care services,expounds the difficulties faced by the government in purchasing home-based care services and proposes countermeasures and suggestions for the government's purchase of home-based care services.
