A probe into the employment of college graduates majoring in information:Current situation,difficulties and approaches,based on the data of college A from 2018 to 2022
Based on the analysis of the employment situation of information graduates of university A from 2018 to 2022,the data show that the number of graduates increases,the employment rate decreases,and the distribution of graduates is uneven.Combined with data analysis,information graduates have shortcomings such as structural imbalance of graduation destination,prominent slow employment phenomenon and weak employment skills.Finally,solutions such as"process education"and"precise assistance"are proposed to improve the employment quality of information graduates in Colleges and universities.
