This paper selected 22 representative countries and regions in Asia Pacific and formed the 22*22 international tourism interaction matrix which based on the latest outbound tourism data released by UNWTO.Social network analysis method was used to construct the international tourism flow network in the Asia-Pacific region, and the overall and individual interaction characteristics and market groups among countries and regions in the Asia-Pacific region were studied. The results show that the Asia-Pacific international tourism as a whole has formed a regional linkage development feature with the Pacific Ocean as the boundary and relatively high interaction between the two sides, and has formed a multi-party leading development feature in the market with strong competitiveness in the destination market and extensive participation in the tourist source market. The outbound tourism market is dominated by China,Japan,South Korea and Australia, while the absolute central location of the destination market is China and Thailand. There are five market groups in the international tourism market:the North cluster group of the West Bank, the combined group of the West Bank, the single continent cohesive group of the West Bank, the single continent integrated group of the West Bank and the trans-oceanic Tri-continent western cluster group.According to the study,it is possible to realize the international tourism association among the whole Asia-Pacific region with the help of the common members of the groups and the high-density interaction within the groups.Asia-pacific countries should make full use of the advantages of large volume and high quality of tourist sources and destinations in the Asia-Pacific,and take international tourism as an opportunity to promote exchanges and economic and trade cooperation with other countries.
