Quantitative evaluation of digital literacy policy texts in the context of Digital China
Digital literacy is a crucial part of the construction of Digital China, and a review and analysis of digital literacy policies can provide a better understanding of the current development trend and overall layout. This paper uses text mining and PMC index models to quantitatively analyze the policies and regulations on digital literacy promulgated in China from 2015 to 2022.The study finds that the existing policies on digital literacy are generally of high quality, but they also suffer from a lack of detailed recommendations,a narrow scope of roles,a slight lack of predictability and regulation, and a single perspective of entry.Based on the above findings, this paper provides an outlook on the future development of digital literacy policies and tentative ideas on the future direction of academic research on digital literacy, with a view to contributing to the achievement of the goal of building Digital China.
