摘要

进入新阶段后,中国国家安全面临前所未有的新挑战,对国防科技领域青年拔尖人才提出了新要求.本文以国防科技领域青年拔尖人才为研究对象,尝试探索一种符合新阶段发展要求的、适应国防科技领域拔尖人才成长规律的"五维一体"培养体系.

Abstract

After entering the new stage,China's national security faces unprecedented new challenge,which puts forward new requirements for young top-notch talents in the field of defense science and technology.Taking young top-notch talents in the field of national defense science and technology as the research object,this paper explores a 'five-dimensional integrated'training system that conforms to the development requirements of the new stage and to the growth law of top-notch talents in the field of national defense science and technology.
