Respecting local characteristics and adapting to rural localization are crucial for the sustainable operation of public welfare organizations in rural areas.In the context of urban-rural integration,the landscape environment,public mentality,and activity resources of rural areas in the Western Sichuan Plain are full of leisure heritage,providing a cultural foundation for the localization and adaptation of public welfare organizations.Based on the investigation and research of Q Village in the Western Sichuan Plain,it is pointed out that the concept of mutual benefit,lifestyle oriented public welfare scenarios,and commercial public welfare funding can become a localized adaptation path for the combination of public welfare organizations and people's leisure life.Fully leveraging the role of public welfare organizations in promoting the growth of villagers and effective rural governance has become a new direction for their deep participation in the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.
