Analysis of the main elements and path optimization of patent transformation in universities
Based on the practical experience of patent agency,achievement transformation and patent information analysis,this paper analyzes the five major factors influencing university patent translation,and the mechanisms of the five major factors and the three main bodies of teachers,universities and enterprises.Finally,this paper proposes specific strategies to optimize the path of Patent Transformation in Universities:promote scientific and technological innovation,strengthen teachers'awareness of property rights;strengthen policy guidance,and upgrade university management services level;precise technical requirements,explore the application space of enterprise patents.
