The innovation path of business model of agricultural auction trading platform:A case study based on Kunming Flower Auction Center
With the growing development of platform economy,the business model of platform-based enterprises has received wide attention.The Kunming International Flower Auction and Trading Center(Kunming Flower Auction Center)was selected as a case to analyze the evolution of business models of agricultural auction trading platforms at different stages of development based on the theoretical perspective of dynamic capabilities.The study finds that the business model innovation of agricultural auction trading platform has gone through three stages:start-up,growth and maturity,and the dynamic capability effectively matches and supports the business model innovation.The business model and dynamic capabilities are mutually matched and evolve synergistically.This study analyzes the synergistic mechanism of dynamic capability and business model innovation of platform enterprises,and provides suggestions for the innovation of business model of agricultural products auction trading market in China.
