The countermeasures of the internalization between community governance subjects
Formal organizations,autonomous organizations,and market entities have the problem of relationship involution in the process of community governance.This issue mainly stems from the contradiction between the multi subjectivity of community governance and the shared significance of governance objectives,the mutual constraints between the differences in resource control of governance subjects and the continuity of governance processes,and the structural tension between the public interest identity and private demand of members of autonomous organizations.In response to the practical difficulties in dealing with the relationship between governance subjects,measures should be taken from the perspectives of governance philosophy,governance objectives,governance methods,and governance evaluation to promote the coordinated development of multi-agent relationships.
