灾难文艺在我国应急文化建设中的多元价值思考

摘要
应急文化是人类在应对突发紧急事件中积淀而成的安全文化,在应急管理的各项活动中起基础性的智力支撑作用.灾难文艺作品作为连接灾害与心灵的艺术,既是保存过去灾难记忆与应急经验的信息载体,更是服务未来灾难预警、培育民众灾害意识与新时代应急文化宣传的重要媒介工具.在我国应急文化建设中,灾难文艺作品可发挥教育普及、舆论引导、精神疗愈、文化传播等多方面的美学思想价值.
Abstract
s:Emergency culture is a safety culture accumulated by human beings in response to emergencies,and plays a basic intellectual supporting role in various activities of emergency management.Disaster literature and art works,as the art connecting disaster and soul,are not only the information carrier to preserve the memory of disaster in the past and the emergency experience,but also an important media tool to serve the future disaster early warning,cultivate the public's disaster awareness and promote the emergency culture in the new era.In the construction of emergency culture in our country,disaster literature and art works can play the aesthetic value of education popularization,public opinion guidance,spiritual healing,cultural communication and so on.
