The dilemma and future direction of housekeeping enterprises participating in elderly care services
Based on the investigation of the participation of housekeeping enterprises in elderly care services,this paper analyses the dilemma of housekeeping enterprises in the process of participating in elderly care services,which is mainly manifested as:small scale and weak brand power of housekeeping enterprises;There is a mismatch between the existing types of domestic services and the demand for elderly care;Domestic service workers face difficulties in career development;The policies,standards and regulations for domestic enterprises to participate in elderly care services are not yet perfect.On this basis,five suggestions for housekeeping enterprises to participate in elderly care services are put forward:build a high-quality housekeeping service brand;Strengthen positive publicity and guidance for the domestic service industry;Optimize the construction of talent teams for domestic housekeeping services;Further refine domestic service regulations and improve domestic service standards.
