The formation of creativity has been made complex and views on it are varied due to the diverse factors influencing the creativity.Although theories about cognitive psychology,multiple factors theory and problem solving all give explanations on how creativity is formed,there still lacks dynamic mechanism models centering on knowledge connection.Based on knowledge connection theory,creativity starts from problem recognition,is driven by intrinsic motivation and generated by linking power of knowledge connection.The creativity formation explanation from knowledge connection perspective which is more dynamic covers wider subjects and reveals the inner power of knowledge connection when trying to explore the effective path to creativity for both organizations and individuals.
