大学生心理健康教育是高校重点关注问题,近年调查发现学业问题成为影响大学生心理健康的风险因素,而已有研究表明学习品质既关联学习质量又能改善心理健康水平.本文剖析大学生学习品质和心理健康的内在逻辑关系,提出学习品质养成与心理健康教育一体化的新思路,并结合大学生的实际水平和高校教育的现实状况,探索两者一体化的外在实现路径,为促进大学生健康成才提供新的方向.
Integrated research on the cultivation of learning quality and mental health education for college students
Mental health education for college students is a key concern for universities.Recent surveys have revealed that academic challenges have become a risk factor impacting the psychological well-being of college students.Existing research has also shown that the quality of learning is not only linked to academic performance but can also improve overall psychological health.This article analyzes the inherent logical relationship between the quality of learning and the mental health of college students.It introduces a novel approach that integrates the cultivation of learning quality with mental health education.Considering the actual levels of college students and the current state of higher education,it explores the external implementation strategies for this integration,offering a new direction for fostering the healthy development of college students.
