摘要

能否以适当超前的理念研究并规划基础教育、培养青少年适应未来社会的能力,是衡量一个国家是否具备未来国际竞争力的关键要素.美国IFTF以全球 6 个城市 60 名 16~30 岁优秀青年为研究对象,通过深度访谈探究适应 2030 年人类社会的工作+学习能力及其习得路径.本研究重点介绍研究报告中 5 个最高能力表现域和 15 种核心能力,结合教育现代化的育人本质,阐述了IFTF《面向未来全球青年能力报告》对我国基础教育的重要启示:把现代精神全方位融入基础教育全过程;把培育学生适应未来的能力作为基础教育的重中之重;把学生塑造成为兼具中国情怀和全球视野的人才.

Abstract

Whether we can study and plan elementary education with appropriately advanced notions and develop the ability of teenagers to adapt to the future society is the key factor to measure whether a country has international competitiveness in the future.The IFTF in the USA takes 60 outstanding young people aged 16-30 in six cities around the world as the research object to explore the work+learn skills and acquisition path to adapt to human society in 2030 through in-depth interviews.Combining with the essence of educational modernization,this study introduces the Five Peak Performance Zones and 15 core skills in the research report,then expounds the important enlightenment of IFTF's report to China's elementary education,which are,to integrate the modern spirit into the whole process,to take cultivating students'ability to adapt to the future as the top priority,and to shape students into qualified personnel with both patriotic feelings and global visions.
