摘要

客户关系治理是供应链治理的重要组成部分,客户关系治理效果对企业经营战略具有深刻影响.本文采用我国 2007-2022 年A股上市公司数据,实证检验了客户稳定性对企业创新的影响和作用机制.研究发现,客户稳定性对企业创新具有正向促进作用,并且降低经营风险、改善经营业绩、提升供应商信用供给是客户稳定性影响企业创新的潜在机制.异质性检验表明,客户稳定性对企业创新的影响在法制环境较高、产品市场竞争程度较低、地理邻近性较低以及客户年龄较大的企业样本中更显著.本文的研究发现对企业强化客户关系治理进而促进企业高质量发展具有启示作用.

Abstract

Customer relationship governance is an important part of supply chain governance,and the effect of customer relationship governance has a profound impact on enterprise business strategy.Based on the data of China's A-share listed companies from 2007 to 2022,this paper examines the influence and mechanism of customer stability on enterprise innovation.It is found that customer stability has a positive effect on enterprise innovation,and reducing business risk,improving business performance and enhancing supplier credit supply are the potential mechanisms of customer stability affecting enterprise innovation.Heterogeneity test shows that the influence of customer stability on firm innovation is more significant in the sample of firms with higher legal environment,lower product market competition,lower geographical proximity and older customers.The research findings have implications for enterprises to strengthen customer relationship governance and promote high-quality development of enterprises.
