基于熵权-DEMATEL方法的高校科技成果转化制约因素识别研究——以陕西省为例

高校科技成果转化对实现科技与经济高质量发展具有重要意义.陕西省科教资源丰富、科技创新能力突出,但是科技成果转化能力不强是制约陕西创新驱动发展的瓶颈问题之一,提升陕西省高校科技成果转化效率效果成为陕西省工作重点,文章基于熵权-DEMATEL法,结合文献分析法、专家访谈法等对高校科技成果转化开展定性与定量研究,通过系统论视角从主体、要素、环境 3 个层面识别影响高校科技成果转化的 8 个关键制约因素,并结合ISM方法明确各因素之间的制约路径,针对性提出相关对策建议.
Research on identification of influencing factors for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of colleges and universities in Shaanxi province based on entropy weight-DEMATEL method
Scientific and technological achievements of colleges and universities has an important significance for promoting high quality development of technology and economy.Shaanxi province is rich in scientific and educational resources,and it has outstanding technological innovation ability.However,the poor ability to transform scientific and technological achievements is one of the bottlenecks restricting the innovation-driven development of Shaanxi,and it has become the focus of Shaanxi to improve the efficiency effect of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of colleges and universities in Shaanxi province.This paper based on entropy weight-DEMATEL method,combines the other qualitative and quantitative research methods such as literature analysis,expert interviews,etc.Through the systematic theory viewpoint from the main body,the elements,and the environment,the eight key constraints which influence the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of colleges and universities are identified,and then combined with the ISM method to clarify the constraints of the eight keys constraint.Meanwhile,some related ideas and suggestions have provided.
