Research on the cultivation mode and implementation path of collaborative education between academies and colleges:Take Mu Dan academy of Nankai university as an example
Currently,the construction of academies in Chinese universities is mostly in the initial exploration stage,and in the process of promoting it,it is also faced with problems such as the difficulty of synergy in the construction of the dual system of academies and colleges,which restricts the full play of the educational role of academies in universities.Mu Dan Academy of Nankai University is guided by the principle of"three complete education"(full staff,all-round and whole process).Taking advantage of the superior resources of the College of Foreign Languages,it builds a"teacher-student development community"that focuses on students and their learning and achieves common development of teachers and students.By promoting interdisciplinary and diverse integration,it aims to cultivate talents who will become practitioners of foreign affairs,researchers of international issues,communicators of human civilization and providers of language services,with systematic and solid foreign language knowledge,excellent professional skills and excellent cross-cultural communication skills.This article focuses on how academies and colleges collaborate and maximize the effectiveness of"three complete education"under the smart academy model.
