The internal logic and realization mechanism of the core values integrated into the cultivation of legal thinking
Under the background of comprehensively promoting the rule of law,it is necessary to train the core values into the rule of law thinking for the law students in the reserve army for the construction of the rule of law.This is different from ideological education,which is essentially the training of legal methods.This paper first analyzes the internal logic of integrating core values into the cultivation of rule of law thinking,and then takes the application of law as the approach.Through integrating core values into the selection of legal norms,the filling of legal loopholes,and the measurement of conflicting interests in teaching,it aims to teach law students to use the rule of law thinking in future professional activities,rely on legal methods,and integrate core values into judicial adjudication and administrative law enforcement,So as to provide opportunities and possibilities for the implementation and promotion of core values.
