新一代信息技术背景下推动江苏高端装备制造业高质量发展对策研究

新一代信息技术背景下江苏推动高端装备制造业高质量发展面临着产业链上游"两化"基础设施建设不完善、中游"两业"融合"黏度"不足、下游"标准化+品牌化"赋能品牌培育有待加强、产业链上中下游联动效应不明显、发展格局转型升级缓慢等难题.文章拟从 5 个方面提出新一代信息技术背景下推动江苏高端装备制造业高质量发展的对策建议:第一,上游重在"两化"转型升级,培育智能制造新动能;第二,中游重在服务化转型,促进"两业融合"共生共享;第三,下游重在"标准化+品牌化"建设,赋能产业品牌培育;第四,产业链重在上中下游联动发展,增强全产业链联动效应;第五,产业发展格局重在畅通国内国际双循环,加快构建新发展格局.
Research on high-quality development countermeasures of Jiangsu high-end equipment manufacturing industry in the context of new-generation information technology
In the context of advanced information technology,Jiangsu province faces challenges in developing its high-end equipment manufacturing industry.These challenges include inadequate industrialization and information infrastructure upstream,poor integration of manufacturing and services midstream,a need for better branding downstream,unclear linkages between midstream and downstream sectors,and difficulties in moving beyond traditional development models.This paper focuses on improving Jiangsu province's high-end equipment manufacturing industry by addressing five key areas:(1)Upgrading the industrialization and information infrastructure in the upstream sector to foster intelligent manufacturing;(2)Enhancing integration of advanced manufacturing and modern services in the midstream for cooperative growth;(3)Developing standardized and specialized branding in the downstream;(4)Strengthening linkages across the upstream,midstream,and downstream segments to improve the overall industrial chain;(5)Promoting domestic and international dual cycles in industrial clusters to establish a new development model.
