高层次复合型创新人才是经济社会高质量发展的重要推动力,工程博士教育被寄予厚望.面对新形势、新任务、新要求,创新工程博士培养模式、积聚力量实现"超常规"发展势在必行.以服务国家重大需求为切入点,基于知识生产的大学、政府、企业和社会"四重螺旋"创新生态系统,研究提出并构建了以企业为中心、以产业链为中心及以区域发展为中心的 3 种工程博士项目制培养模式,探讨了多元创新主体协同育人的实现路径.
Project as carrier:Research on the education mode of doctor of engineering base on the theory of quadruple helix
The cultivation of high-level applied leading talents is an important driving force for high-quality economic development,and it has been high expected that engineering doctoral education.Faced with the new situation,new tasks and new requirements,it is imperative to innovate the training mode of engineering doctorate and achieve"extraordinary"development.Taking serving the major needs of the country as the starting point,from the perspective of the"quadruple helix"innovation ecosystem of universities,governments,enterprises and civil society based on knowledge production,it has been proposed the three engineering doctoral project training modes centered on enterprise,industrial chain and regional development,and discussed the realization path of the collaborative education of multiple innovative subjects in the paper.
