中国传统告密文化的机制及消解路径

摘要
中国传统告密文化在不断演变中,逐步形成了独特的机制.中国传统告密文化的产生是历史、政治与社会背景相互作用的结果,与传统文化中重视群体利益、组织纪律和集体情感相关.告密者和接受者之间的相互作用,紧密的社会关系和群体间的互动等,都是告密文化产生的重要原因.中国传统告密文化的消解需要建立健全的法律法规、完善相关监督制度等,也需要文化的转变和观念的升级.只有全社会共同努力,才能真正消解告密现象,实现尊严、自由和平等的社会关系.
Abstract
In the continuous evolution of traditional Chinese whistleblowing culture,a unique mechanism has gradually formed.The emergence of traditional Chinese whistleblowing culture is the result of the interaction between historical,political,and social backgrounds,and is related to the emphasis on group interests,organizational discipline,and collective emotions in traditional culture.The interaction between whistleblowers and receivers,close social relationships,and group interactions are all important reasons for the emergence of whistleblower culture.The dissolution of traditional Chinese whistleblowing culture requires the establishment of sound laws and regulations,improvement of relevant supervision systems,as well as cultural transformation and conceptual upgrading.Only with the joint efforts of the whole society can we truly eliminate the phenomenon of whistleblowing and achieve social relations of dignity,freedom,and equality.
