高校"三全育人"研究综述:科学内涵、生成逻辑和实施路径

2016 年全国高校思政工作会议以来,高校"三全育人"迅速成为学界研究热点,在"三全育人"的科学内涵、生成逻辑、现实困境、实施路径等方面取得了丰硕研究成果,为深化高校思政工作改革创新提供了理论支撑.但由于"三全育人"综合改革正式提出的时间较近且蕴含理论深厚,未来还需要深化这一主题的学理性研究,拓展学术视域,加强马克思主义学院推进"三全育人"综合改革研究,深化"十大育人体系"促进"三全育人"研究,将育人理念融入全员、全程、全方位,提升"三全育人"实效.
A review"Threeall-round education"in colleges and universities:Scientific connotation,generation logic and implementation path
Since Xi Jinping emphasized in the national conference on ideological and political work in colleges and universities that ideological and political work should run through the whole process of education and teaching,the study of"Threeall-round education"and its comprehensive reform in colleges and universities has become a hot topic in academic circles.The research results mainly focus on the scientific connotation,generative logic,realistic predicament and implementation path of"Threeall-round education".The existing research has achieved fruitful results and laid a solid foundation for grasping the concept of"Threeall-round education"and promoting the practice of comprehensive reform.However,since the comprehensive reform of"Threeall-round cultivation of people"has been put forward recently and contains profound theories,it is necessary to deepen the study of the subject and broaden the academic horizon in the future,strengthen the research on the comprehensive reform of"Threeall-round education",deepen the"Ten major education systems",promote the research on"Threeall-round education"and integrate the concept of education into the whole staff,the whole process and all-round,promote the"Threeall-round education"effectiveness.
