In order to promote high-quality economic development and achieve the construction of a demonstration zone for common prosperity,Zhejiang Province seizes the advantages of reform and opening up as the first mover,based on a solid industrial foundation,actively cultivates superior small and medium-sized enterprises in order to enhance the autonomy and controllability of the"three chains"and maintain national security.The superior small and medium-sized enterprises in Zhejiang province are the foundation for building a demonstration zone for common prosperity,the main force for developing the digital economy and the overall lever for building advanced manufacturing bases.In the process of rapid development,Zhejiang Province also faces problems such as incomplete intellectual property financing mechanisms,further strengthening of innovation capabilities,financing difficulties in technological innovation,low market recognition of patented technologies,digital transformation gaps and the need to strengthen digital cluster construction.In this regard,path optimization strategies are proposed,mainly including leveraging the value of intellectual property rights,promoting the construction of innovative ecosystems,supporting the development of diversified financing methods,optimizing the business environment,improving the digital transformation support system and guiding the development of small and medium-sized enterprise clusters.
