摘要
文章首先制定出跨媒体智能技术分解表,并以此为基础,通过制定合理的检索策略,确定检索式,进行多次专利检索式的修正、去噪、清洗、去重等操作,根据专利分析目的制定查全率和查准率的验证,为后续的专利分析提供准确的数据基础,接着对检索结果进行总体态势分析(申请趋势分析、申请人分析)和一级技术分支的专利态势分析(申请人分析、发明人分析、技术主题分布),最后从各个层面总结跨媒体智能技术的布局情况.
Abstract
This report first developed a cross-media intelligent technology decomposition table,and on this basis,through the development of a reasonable search strategy to determine the search formula,multiple patent search formula correction,denoising,cleaning,deduplication,and other operations,according to the purpose of patent analysis to develop the verification of recall rate and precision rate,for the subsequent patent analysis to provide accurate data base,and then the search results for the overall situation analysis(application trend analysis,applicant analysis)and the first-level technical branch of the patent situation analysis(applicant analysis,inventor analysis,technical theme distribution)and finally from various levels to summarize the layout of cross-media intelligent technology.
