Research on the path of ideological and political construction of public administration majors in colleges and universities under the background of new liberal arts
The integration of ideology and politics into public administration majors can effectively promote the integrated development and organic unity of professional talent training in value guidance,knowledge transfer and ability training,which not only meets the practical needs of talent training for the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,plays an important leading role in shaping students'concepts,but also innovates paths to meet the practical requirements of society for public management professionals.Therefore,this paper analyzes the problems of imperfect top-level design of curriculum ideology and politics,insufficient cognition of curriculum ideology and politics by teachers of professional courses,and the emergence of formalism in the implementation process of public management professional courses,and proposes to strengthen the top-level design and construction of the ideological and political system of public management courses,improve the teacher-student fit of public management course ideological and political construction,and explore and integrate local cultural resources into the curriculum ideological and political construction.
