The logical path and future prospects of coordinated development between higher education and regions in China
The coordinated development of higher education and regional economy has become an important strategic support for China to achieve high-quality development in the new era.The complete system formed by human capital theory,capital dependence theory,triple helix theory,coordinated development theory and empowerment theory,including theoretical basis,perspective,framework,foundation,and guarantee,has become the theoretical logic for the coordinated development of higher education and regional economy in China.The basic experience of applying what is learned in higher education in China,meeting national strategic needs,coordinating and promoting with regions and the development of higher education with Chinese characteristics reflects the historical inevitability and regularity of theoretical development and has become the historical logic for the coordinated development of higher education and regional economy in China.From the perspective of the complete system of practice itself,regional development is the foundation of higher education development,and higher education development has a positive promoting effect on regional development.The two will eventually move towards a path of coupled and coordinated development.Essentially,theory originates from practice and responds to practical problems,follows practical laws and achieves practical results,becoming the practical logic for the coordinated development of higher education and regional economy in China.Based on the practical dilemma of coordinated development between higher education and regional economy in China,this paper applies the theories and methods of"New Education Concept"and"Collaborative Governance Concept"to propose that the development of higher education in China should be placed within the overall pattern of regional economic development,and both parties should work together to build a"school land community"for the future prospects.
