Research on the docking of employment and industrial demand of college graduates in Fujian province
The docking of employment of college graduates with industrial demand has always been one of the focuses of education and society.This question involves regional economic development,the quality of university education,the demand of the job market,and the personal prospects of graduates.Fujian Province is located on the southeast coast,with a developed regional economy and rapid development of traditional and new industries.There are 89 colleges and universities in Fujian Province and the number of graduates in each batch has reached more than 300,000 in recent years.This paper expounds the situation of talent training and graduate employment in colleges and universities in Fujian Province,the industrial demand of Fujian Province,analyzes the problems existing between the employment of college graduates and the docking of industrial demand,and explores solutions.
