摘要
随着互联网的广泛普及和深度运用,舆论传播场域和传播方式发生深刻变化,互联网成为意识形态斗争的主战场和最前沿,高校网络意识形态安全面临着严峻的挑战.参与主体多元化,主流意识形态引领力分散;信息内容碎片化,主流意识形态认同度降低;传播方式圈层化,意识形态阵地管控力减弱.因此,要以总体国家安全观为指引,加强政治引领,抢占阵地制高点;创新宣传方式,重塑舆论引力场;完善监管机制,筑牢安全防火墙;坚持系统思维,构建治理共同体,提升高校网络意识形态治理效力.
Abstract
With the wide popularization and deep use of the Internet,the field and mode of public opinion communication have undergone profound changes.The Internet has become the main battlefield and the forefront of ideological struggle and the security of network ideology in colleges and universities is facing severe challenges.The participants are diversified and the leading power of mainstream ideology is dispersed.The information content is fragmented and the mainstream ideological recognition is reduced;The mode of communication is stratified and the control of ideological positions is weakened.Therefore,we should take the overall national security concept as a guide,strengthen political guidance and seize the commanding heights of the position;Innovate the way of publicity and reshape the gravitational field of public opinion;Improve the supervision mechanism and build a solid security firewall;Adhere to systematic thinking,build a governance community and enhance the effectiveness of university network ideology governance.
