Local universities are the main body of higher education.Based on local needs,it is their positioning responsibility to make contributions to regional economic and social development.Because of the inertial constraints and external environmental pressure,local universities have insufficient understanding of serving local areas,and lack a clear path in the cultivation of applied talents.Innovation and entrepreneurship education is a new concept of higher education development,a new mode of talent training,and a new link connecting local and universities.Local universities should re-understand and position innovation and entrepreneurship education,take innovation and entrepreneurship education as the breakthrough point and starting point of improving the quality of applied talents training.Innovation and entrepreneurship education as the starting point of moral education,put it in the core position of talent training and the basic position of education and teaching.Through the double drive of rural sentiment and research and innovation,the quality of talent training is improved and the two-way empowerment of school and local is realized.
