Prominent issues and optimization paths in rural legal construction under the background of comprehensive rule of law:Empirical investigation based on rural areas in Shanxi province
The foundation of comprehensive rule of law is the grassroots level and the focus of work is the rural areas.Taking Shanxi as an example,currently there are still prominent problems in the rural rule of law construction,such as rapid economic development and slow legal formulation,increasing legal demand and insufficient legal services,high legal awareness and weak legal application,which directly restrict the rural rule of law construction.Therefore,it is necessary to improve legislation and establish a dynamic legal revision mechanism;to facilitate channels and form a diversified legal service system;to enhance authority and reduce the cost of farmers protecting their rights in accordance with the law.
