Research on employment status of undergraduate graduates in finance and economics universities in China:Based on the analysis of the 2018-2022 employment quality report of six finance and economics universities
Based on the employment quality report of six financial and economic universities from 2018 to 2022,this paper analyzes five indicators,including employment rate,further study rate,employment region,nature of employment unit and employment in the financial industry.In summary,in the past five years,the employment of undergraduate graduates in finance and economics universities has shown the characteristics of slow employment under the fluctuation of employment rate,slightly increased employment in the west under the employment preference in the east,dominated employment in private enterprises under the employment preference in state-owned enterprises and the basic employment in the financial industry has remained stable.The paper puts forward suggestions on strengthening ideological guidance to crack slow employment,strengthening"New Finance and Economics"education reform to crack structural unemployment and strengthening employment service to crack frictional unemployment.
