Enterprise high potential technology R&D engineer based on big data technology research on talent portrait
In the VUCA era,technology enterprises will face many unknown challenges and high potential technology R&D talents will become a favorable weapon for enterprises to overcome future challenges.This study explores the correlation between ability trait data and performance data,and utilizes big data processing techniques such as WOE and IV,correlation matrix,multicollinearity test and logistic regression to systematically explore the patterns between data and construct a talent profile model for high-tech R&D engineers in technology enterprises.At the same time,by re measuring different samples,the model is validated to ensure the scientificity and effectiveness of the talent profile model for high potential technology R&D engineers.
