As an important part of China's higher education and an important carrier of opening up to the outside world,Chinese-foreign higher education cooperation programs bear the historical mission of the internationalization of China's higher education to develop to a deep level and high quality.Achieving scientific and reasonable internal governance is the key to the high-quality development of Chinese-foreign higher education cooperation programs.However,at present,Chinese-foreign higher education cooperation programs are still facing a lot of practical dilemmas and challenges in terms of governance structure,governance mechanisms and governance culture.Based on an in-depth analysis of the real problems of internal program governance,it puts forward several optimization paths for internal program governance,to provide advice for the construction of internal program governance and the high-quality development of the program.
