Research on the cultivation path of scientific research and innovation ability of economic graduate students empowered by academic salon
The current graduate education has not well reflected the characteristics of scientific research and innovation.According to the policy documents such as the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it is of great practical significance to explore the path of cultivating the scientific research and innovation ability of economic graduate tutors through academic salons.The conclusion of the study shows that the tutors of economics graduate students have higher comprehensive ability to recognize and practice the concept of academic salon.The teachers and students widely agree that the supervisor is the first person responsible for cultivating the research and innovation ability of graduate students and the academic salon can play a greater role,and the basic path and improvement measures of the specific implementation of the academic salon are clarified.To improve the effectiveness of the practice of the academic salon concept,the teachers need to work together,such as the school's institutional incentives,financial support and training guidance.This study sorted out the teaching practice experience of the teaching team in the early classroom style and the teacher system academic salon,which can provide some experience for the training of scientific research and innovation ability of graduate students in economics and even humanities and social sciences in other universities.
